She saw the light of the world of international socio-cultural exchanges in 1990 and no longer came out of it; in 1995 she supported the foundation of Xena. As a volunteer she soon grew as a professional too. She deals with non-formal education, information, guidance and professional training at local and international level. In addition to her university degree and to the specialization course “Life Design and Career Counseling”, she has always updated her knowledge and skills in various areas of interest. Project designer, trainer, project manager, external evaluator in numerous LLP actions, Youth in Action, Erasmus +, Europe for Citizens, Civil Service. President of Xena from 2001 to 2015. Referent person for ten years of a point in the Eurodesk network and now in Euroguidance, since 2015 she is an ambassador of the EPALE platform. Paola loves peace, music and learning every day.
