For several years, Xena association has been involved in pre- and post – departure training sessions for the Erasmus plus-VET Mobility project at the I.I.S., Padua Scalcerle Institute. The meetings generally involve around 25 students each, for a total of 100-120 participants.
The general objectives of the pre-departure training are the pedagogical and cultural preparation and the support to the future research of a job through activities focussed on the theme of transversal competences.
The post – departure training activity mostly focuses on individual and group reflections about the knowledge acquired during the experience abroad and about the support for the future work research through the transmission of useful information and role playing on the topic.
All activities are carried out respecting the criteria contained in the Internship Quality Commitment and the European Quality Charter for mobility.
