He has twenty years experience in working with groups of young people and adults, especially with non-formal education methodologies and within the framework of European programmes, with the European Voluntary Service, youth exchanges, LLP Leonardo da Vinci and now with Erasmus+. Specialized in planning and  management of European projects,, he promoted the launch of innovative projects with both international and local impact. He is an associative referent for the projects of European Voluntary Service, in which he also worked as a trainer and facilitator for the Italian National Agency for the pre-departure and at arrival training of volunteers and for the training of the EVS mentors.
